The candidate will work as Team Lead/Assistant Manager, FP&A (expense budgeting and reporting) in Cvent's Financial Planning and Analysis Division.

Financial Planning and Analysis Team: Our team of 34 Finance professionals is a close-knit group of dynamic and high-energy professionals working out of our McLean (USA) and Gurgaon offices (4 in McLean and 30 in Gurgaon).

Work Hours : Hybrid Shift 12:00 PM - 9: 30 PM IST

Position Duties :

- Responsible for expense (India/APAC/RoW) budgeting and reforecasting

- Responsible for Head Count (India/APAC/RoW) budgeting and reforecasting

- Responsible for Capex (India/APAC/RoW) budgeting and reforecasting

- Work on Scheduled Business Metrics reports to be used by Senior Management

- Work on ad-hoc projects ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards

- Provide information to management by collating and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations

- Generate reports from adaptive insights for scheduled and ad-hoc reports

- Stakeholder management with Accounting/HRBP/Talent Acquisition/Department heads and various other departments

Candidate Requirements :

- MBA/CIMA/Graduate (Science or Commerce from a good college)

- Strong understanding of accounting concepts

- 7-10 years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or accounting function of a multi-national company

- Detailed working knowledge of Advance MS Excel

- Working knowledge of SQL is good to have

- Excellent communication and articulation skills (verbal and written)

- Exhibits excellent analytical and logical ability

- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and should have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment

- Displays attention to detail, is deadline focused and can prioritize and execute multiple tasks at once

- Always maintains a positive attitude and demonstrates out of the box thinking
