Assistant Manager - PED Methods
- Capacity planning by analyze identify bottlenecks in in-house product out-put and eliminating the challenges of production loss, by also looking at options out-sourcing certain operations in the process to keep-up the potential capacity growth.
- CNC Program and Part proving knowledge CNC turning, Multitasking 5 axis-machining centers etc Preferable Mazak, Moriseki, Okuma, Trevisan and Other Indian make machines.
- Project Management Productivity Review
- Adherence to time lines.
- Timely review with the stakeholders.
- Drive execution as per agreed timelines.
- Risk management and corrective action to be taken.
- Defining best norms by doing time and motion study.
- Designing new systems, equipment and processes for the introduction of new products or for the improvement of existing ones.
- Getting into the detailing of the proposals / quotations Liaising with vendors / suppliers, ensuring for getting best quality product and services for installation of new equipment in production facility.
- Identify and analyze problems, investigate production problems and repair or modify quickly and efficiently
- Experience in doing continuous improvement projects like Cycle time reduction, Quality and cost improvement projects etc.
- Focus on continuous improvements in operations.
- Keep updated with latest developments new trends in the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to handle new product development, (Fixturing, Tooling and hands on prove out).
- Sound knowledge on Auto-cad and 3D programming software s.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Principles
- Knowledge of CNC turning Auto-cad
- Knowledge in planning organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
