Operations- Data Entry (Immediate Joiners)

Due to continued growth we are seeking an Operations Data Entry team member to join our clients busy operations team.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities:•

• Receiving and handling data
• Processing that data through AI, scanning and business rules software so it is correctly structured for the software
• Teaching’ the software when automatic scanning and extraction fails
• Accurate data entry• Maintain alignment with current and evolving legislation and customs procedures• Ensure compliance and confidentiality at all times
• The ability to work in a multi-software work environment• The ability to communicate effectively with external customers, key stakeholders and colleagues
• Ensure company procedures are followed to ensure that there is no financial loss to the company or third parties

Required:-

• Fluent English
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Confidence communicating with international clients

Skills / Attributes:-

• Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a busy international team
• Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn and ask questions
• Customs or logistics knowledge would be highly advantageous
• Strong PC skills including Office 365 packages.

Please note working hours can be between 7 am - 11 pm and they will be full-time onsite in our office in Gurgaon
