We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including roster updates, managing leave policies, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualification and Skills
Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good understanding of labour laws, leave policies, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position in Gurgaon
Working Hours: 8 hours a day
