Customer Support Representative (US Mortgage Voice)

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Representative with experience in voice-based support for US customers, specifically in the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of customer service practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch assistance. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with their mortgage inquiries, providing support, and ensuring an exceptional service experience.

Key Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in US-based customer support or mortgage voice support, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage services (e.g., home loans, refinancing, interest rates, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
• Knowledge of US-based customer support practices and regulations is a plus.
