Customer Success Manager

Engage directly with customers to configure and implement AI solution according to functional and performance requirements.
Driving user happiness by being in-charge of deployment at some of our key clients.
Develop and maintain good relationships with the clients and ensure a high degree of client satisfaction to assure exceptional results with regular visits
Based on requirements, develop solution concepts and system architectures together in coordination with engineering team.
Collaborate with the product owners, business users and technical team to design and implement solutions.
Work closely with clients technical team to understand requirements architect and draft solution proposals integrate with customers existing systems.
