Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering exceptional support and resolving issues related to food delivery, orders, payments, and more. Youll work closely with our operations, restaurant partners, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
Issue Resolution: Resolve issues related to order delays, incorrect orders, payment disputes, and any other customer concerns efficiently and empathetically.
Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Update Customer Information: Maintain accurate customer records in CRM system and update customer data as needed.
Adherence to Protocol: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 1-4 Years in customer service.
Communications: Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work Mode: This is a Work from Office role.
Shifts: Rotational shifts (Mostly US shift)
Working Days: Operates on a 5 day working model.
