Position : India E-Commerce CUSTOMER SERVICE

Location : Andheri East, Chandivali

Process : Voice Process

Education : Any Graduate

Age limit: 20 to 39 year

Experience: Both Fresher and Experience

Shift timing: Day Rotational Shift of any 9 hours

6 Days Working and 1 Rotational week off.

Salary : Between 16to 18k in hand + PacMan

Responsibilty:

- Answering queries and concerns about a companys products or services.

- Resolving issues and handling customer complaints.

- Tracking customer service metrics.

- Delivering information about a company’s products and services.

Key Skills:

~ Good communication skill in English/Hindi

~ Need atleast 6 months of experience on paper.

~Ready to work in Voice Process.
