Job Description

Dear Candidates,

We are having an urgent opening for the position of "Customer Service Executive"


Role & responsibilities

  • Sending quotations & processing orders.
  • Ensuring seamless coordination with our overseas suppliers and Indian customers.
  • Coordinate/Follow up product delivery for customers.
  • Effectively making and managing documentation for customers and suppliers for logistics.
  • Effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly.
  • Knowledge of Import documentation
  • Payment follow up.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate, Knowledge of import/export process and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and related technology.
  • Working knowledge of Tally.
  • Tender processing knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Must have 8+ years experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with international shipping would be preferable.
