Roles and Responsibilities

• Connect with customers on calls to collect the EMI's and Loan availed by the customers in a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in any one of the languages i.e. Tamil, Telegu, Kannada and Odia.
• Make reminder calls to customers for paying the EMI's in a timely manner.
• A call flow of 100 to 150 to be managed in a day.
• Provide end to end resolutions to the customers.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Rotational Shifts i.e. 8-5 pm, 9:30-6 pm, 10-7 pm, 2-10pm and night shifts which would be work from home.
• Rotational Week offs in a month there would be 6 week offs.
