Roles and responsibilities

1. Communicate effectively with customers and vendors.
2. Prepare and send daily reports to customers and managers.
3. Monitor PODs and update billing accurately.
4. Work with sales on pickup and delivery records.
5. Invoice customers promptly.
6. Coordinate with sales and operations on orders and charges.
7. Assist sales with invoicing details.
8. Ensure on-time vehicle arrivals in coordination with operations.
9. Keep customers updated and handle emergencies.
10. Manage shipment details, respond to customer queries during transit.
