Position Description

Effectively manage a portfolio of orders for various types of customers (direct / indirect), ensuring all are delivered within the customer requested delivery dates.

Collaboration with sales or other key stake holders for on-time order processing in SAP.

Demonstrate high commitment in resolving the customer queries/issues related to pricing, quotations, order placements, contracts & service agreements, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction, while maintaining the set service levels.

Demonstrate advanced verbal and written business communication skills that are clear, concise, courteous and professional.

To manage, maintain and process all tasks assigned in an accurate, timely and presentable manner following procedures as required.

Liaising with cross functional teams to such as tech support, logistics, sales, demand planning , service to maintain a strong collaboration geared towards maintaining or enhancing the customer satisfaction.

Adhere to departmental guidelines and policies.

Accountable for meeting defined standards for quality and productivity for all transactions.

Organized, detail oriented and can multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Handles high volume of orders and is responsible for processing accuracy &efficiency.

Proficiency with computer programs such as MS office, excel, word.

Proven quality and accuracy of data entry skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Team player who offers solutions and ideas for continuous improvement. Effective problem solver.

Demonstrated aptitude for learning about new products and procedures.

Ability to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

Position Requirements

Any graduate with prior experience on an ERP platform (Preferably SAP Order Management).

Experience in order management for 3-5 years.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Expert at time management. Sets example to other team members with their positive behaviors and approach.

Personal Requirements


Ability to work in a stressful environment.

Good team player as the job requires working closely with other team members.

Interact effectively and harmoniously with other people.
