Sales and Customer Care Executive

What will your responsibilities be?

• Change potential customers into real business opportunities that help the company grow.
• Responsible for end-to-end booking management over the call.
• Involves making outbound calls to handle online quote requests and guiding customers through the whole process.

• Open to work in early shift timings (4 AM and 5 AM IST).
• Full-time office-based position
• 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service (Preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Weekend Availability (5 days working)
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
