About the Role:

Identify and build relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive growth.

Manage key accounts, addressing their needs and proactively delivering solutions for satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies aligned with company goals.

Engage in cold calling to uncover business opportunities and gather requirements.

Use strong communication skills to convey our value proposition to clients and partners.

Assist in creating compelling presentations to effectively communicate complex concepts.

Present solutions to clients in a persuasive and engaging manner.

About You:

Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in business development.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in business development or sales within the real estate industry.

Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Proven relationship-building skills at all levels.

Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and client visits.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
