Cross-Border Compliance: Oversee GST implications on international transactions, including reverse charge mechanism compliance.
Conduct training sessions for internal teams on GST compliance and updates.
Exemptions & Refunds: Manage GST exemptions and refund claims related to exports and foreign transactions.
Advise management on GST and other tax related matters, including tax planning and optimization strategies.
Provide guidance on GST and Income tax (including TDS) implications for new business initiatives and transactions.

Transfer Pricing:

Policy & Strategy: Develop and implement transfer pricing policies in line with local and international regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to transfer pricing laws, including the preparation and filing of Form 3CEB.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and review Transfer Pricing Study Reports (TPSR) and maintain compliance records for related party transactions.
Analysis & Risk Management: Conduct transfer pricing analysis, monitor legislative changes, and assess their impact on the company.
Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and transfer pricing experts to ensure full compliance.

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):

Ensure compliance with TDS regulations, including accurate and timely filing of TDS returns.
Oversee TDS deduction and payments, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Reconcile TDS accounts and manage communication regarding TDS assessments.
Provide TDS advice and support to the finance team and other departments.
Monitor changes in TDS legislation and assess their impact on the company.
Identify and mitigate TDS risks.
Maintain accurate TDS records and documentation.

About You:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the same domain.

You must be a Chartered Accountant and have an educational qualification in Finance.

Excellent communication skills.
