Redpin | Senior Software Engineer - React

• What youll do Architect and develop high-quality front-end features and user interfaces using React Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Product) to integrate backend services and ensure seamless data flow

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Lead code review, maintain coding standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of technical excellence

  What youll need

• 5+ years of professional experience Advanced Reactjs knowledge: Proficiency in using React hooks, context and the component lifecycle State Management: Experience with state management libraries and Redux, MobX or Context API

• Modern JavaScript: Deep understanding of ES6+ features such as async/await, destructuring, etc
• Component Design: Ability to design reusable components and management component hierarchies effectively Performance Optimization: Skills in optimising React applications for performance, including lazy loading and memorization
