Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin/Front-Office with Payroll and Attendance Manager to join our team at CURO India Pvt. Ltd. This multifaceted role involves providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and overseeing payroll and attendance functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Role & responsibilities

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Handle front desk activities including coordinating mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Process and manage the companys payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain employee records related to payroll, including timesheets, leave balances, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies regarding payroll and attendance.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related queries.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance records and ensure accurate tracking of hours worked & leaves.
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports to management.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees, including orientation and training on attendance systems.
  • Support other departments with special projects and tasks as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and data.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, Front-Office, or in a similar role (preferred).
  • Experience in payroll management and attendance tracking (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with payroll software and HR management systems (e.g., HRMS) (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Working Conditions:
