- The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on the front line as part of our Business Development team, representing our company in front of the doctors
JD - Key Growth Manager (Mumbai West) 2
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Onboarding new doctors in the defined territory.
- Retaining onboarded doctors and fostering strong relationships.
- Conducting a minimum of 6-7 visits per day, with a target of meeting at least 5 doctors.
- Assuming responsibility for the entire assigned territory.
- Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors.
- Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) and In Clinic (OPD) camps.
- This role requires a blend of dedication, expertise, creativity, and a passion for healthcare innovation.
- You'll be working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your contributions will have a direct and meaningful impact on improving healthcare accessibility across India.
Preferred Qualities:
- 1-3 years of experience in doctor/patient onboarding, with a preference for candidates with a background in Gynecology.
- Mandatory field sales experience.
- Willingness to relocate to the assigned territory.
- Strong communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- We value skills and passion over formal qualifications.
- There is no specific bar on education qualifications or years of experience
