Job Summary:


We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven International Tour Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong sales background, ready to connect with clients and guide them in planning their dream vacations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for international tours.
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets, providing tailored travel solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on international travel destinations, packages, and trends to effectively promote and sell tours.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Booking and Coordination: Manage the entire sales process, including accommodations, and tour activities, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sale support, addressing any inquiries or issues to ensure a positive travel experience.
  • Reports: Preparation of cost sheets and itineraries.

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the travel industry.

Qualifications:


  • Any Bachelors degree, MBA/Diploma in Tourism.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on travel sales.
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of popular international destinations.
