Role Description :

CAPL is seeking a PLC Programmer with 3-5 years of experience for a full-time, on-site position in Pune.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, testing, and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs) in industrial automation systems.

This role requires close collaboration with engineers and clients to design, implement, and optimize control system solutions that ensure high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Program, test, and troubleshoot PLCs in industrial automation systems.

- Collaborate with engineers and clients to design and implement control system solutions.

- Conduct system diagnostics and resolve technical issues to maintain optimal system performance.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including logic diagrams, flowcharts, and user manuals.

- Provide on-site support during system installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in automation.

Qualifications :

- Proficient in PLC programming, testing, and troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems.

- Solid knowledge of control system design and implementation.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science , Automation, or a related field.

- Certifications in PLC programming or automation technologies are an added advantage.
