Oracle Fusion Consultant - SCM Modules (1-10 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.

- Design solutions and oversee data migration, integration, and change management processes.

- Deliver 2-3 implementations of Oracle EBS and 1-2 implementations of Oracle Fusion.

- Perform To-Be Process Design, Fit-Gap Analysis, and RICEFW Management.

- Develop and execute Data Migration Strategy.

- Provide integration testing and user acceptance testing support.

- Ensure expertise in one or more of the following modules : Financials, SCM, HCM, or technical development (OTBI/BIP, OIC, Apex).

Technical Skills :

- Inventory Planning

- Order Orchestration, Financial Orchestration

- Oracle Fusion Maintenance

- Discrete Manufacturing and Planning

- Product Data Hub (PDH), Innovation Management

- Procurement, Procurement Self-Service, Supplier Portal

Leadership & Consulting Skills :

- Ability to manage a team of resources effectively.

- Prior experience in pre-sales and sales activities or working in consulting firms is advantageous.

- Strong team management and client engagement skills.
