Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company's digital marketing strategies across various channels. This individual will oversee campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth, ensuring all digital marketing efforts align with organizational goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive online engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Design) to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing).

Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, including setting budgets, defining KPIs, and analyzing performance.

SEO and Content Marketing
Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Develop and maintain a content calendar, working with writers and designers to produce high-impact blog posts, newsletters, and other materials.

Analytics and Reporting
Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.

Provide regular performance reports and insights, presenting actionable recommendations to senior management.

Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization
Develop strategies to acquire qualified leads, collaborating with the Sales team to optimize lead nurturing workflows.

Implement A/B testing for landing pages, email campaigns, and user flows to maximize conversion rates.

Budget Management
Allocate, monitor, and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and highest possible return on investment (ROI).

Negotiate with vendors and platforms for advertising rates and partnerships.

Team Leadership and Development
Lead, mentor, and train a team of digital marketing specialists, coordinators, or interns.

Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the marketing department.

Compliance and Best Practices
Ensure all digital marketing activities meet compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

• Stay current on industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
