Analog Electronics Design Engineer / Manager

He should be responsible for product development, product quality, product operations support, and product issue resolution. The Electronic Hardware group is responsible to produce electronic design and high reliable electronic hardware.

- Design and development of DC-DC Converters proto type, according to customer requirement, including schematic preparation, components selection (considering electrical parameters, size and cost), BOM preparation for Aerospace & Defence Application.

- Testing of DC-DC Converters as per MIL-STD and preparing test reports.

- Troubleshoot and performance validation of power supply units.

- Responsible for product development from prototype level to manufacturing.

- Preparing critical and preliminary design review (PDR) documents as per standards.

- Performing FMECA and Design FMECA for DC-DC Converters.

- Prepare Design calculation document - considering selection of component, power dissipation and load calculation etc

Minimum +5 years of experience in the Electronics industry R&D Division- with Military design requirements.

Experience using Cadence/Altium design suites, which include OrCAD Schematic Capture, PCB Editor, PSpice, PCB Layout etc. or equivalent tools.

Build, test and modify product prototypes

Designing schematics, completing board layouts, assembling, testing, debugging, and integrating designs into electrical systems.

Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, manage several complex projects at one time, and utilize time effectively.

Strong computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint

Good communication skills and ability to present technical data to various levels within company, and to customers.

Ability to perform electrical stress analysis on EEE components.

Providing engineering support for existing product lines

Occasional travel up to one week required.
