Role:

SysOps Manager is a hands-on individual that manages our 2-3rd tier technical teams in India and develops secure and compliant processes and practices with your counterparts in Australia and the UK, to ensure 24x7 follow-the-sun operations, maintenance and support. . The team in the region are required to operate from Wed-Wed to provide cover at weekends and bank holidays. You will come from an infrastructure background with hands-on experience in cloud and on-prem management of resources, managing the technical staff involved in maintenance, operations and support. You will be experienced in working with teams of developers, service managers, product owners and architects providing knowledge and input to operation, monitoring and reliability of the platform and solution
