Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli)

Working Days: 5 days

Shift: US rotational shift

Qualification: only graduates

Salary:

Fresher - 3 LPA

1 to 4 years - 4.8 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Call Handling Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Multiple Tasking
• Open to work in Night Shifts
• Customer Interaction Handling
• Graduation is must for both Fresher and Experience resources
• Work Location - Vikhroli
• Candidate should be in Mumbai within the boundary
• NP - Immediate Joiner

Preferred candidates profiles:

* Customer support experience in International Voice Process only

* Candidate should be comfortable with night shift
