CPA-US Accountant

Position: Accountant/Account Executive
Required Experience: 1-3 years
Shift Timing: Any shift between 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Educational Qualification: Graduation or Inter CA/CMA

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update all accounting records, and generate various reports using QuickBooks.
• Record daily bank and credit card transactions.
• Collect credit card receipts weekly from each location, follow up to ensure timely receipt collection.
• Record payroll entries bi-weekly and maintain backup documentation for all line items.
• Reconcile payroll taxes and clearing accounts.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.
• Record inter-company transactions on a monthly basis.
• Prepare management reports and provide data when needed.
• Knowledge of US tax-related matters.
• Experience in account finalization, ledger scrutiny, and analytical skills.

Required Skills:

• Experience in accounting, with preference for US accounting experience.
• Strong interpretation skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
