FP&A Analyst

Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive FP&A Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team under the Finance and Strategy function. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in conducting financial analyses, creating models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making, including IPO and fundraising initiatives. This role demands a high level of analytical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Description

• Conduct financial analysis activities, including creating financial models, analyzing unit economics, and developing accurate financial projections.
• Assist in valuation exercises for IPO and other fund-raising initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate cost drivers, perform variance analysis, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Apply analytical frameworks such as Discounted Cash Flows (DCF) to assess business opportunities and risks.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation of investor presentations and materials required for capital-raising initiatives.
• Build reusable templates and assets for financial modeling to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices to enhance financial planning and analysis outcomes.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in creating financial models, performing projections, and analyzing unit economics.
• Hands-on experience with Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) analysis.
• Analytical mindset with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced), PowerPoint, and other financial tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-starter, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Cultural awareness and the ability to collaborate in a corporate environment.

Good-to-Have Skills
