Sales Associate Fresher (Telecalling) - Crystal Group

• We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our sales team as a Sales Associate for telecalling
• The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to generate sales
• The role also requires a readiness for field visits to meet clients and close deals when necessary

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Crystal Logistics services.
• Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
• Schedule and conduct field visits to potential clients when required.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor s degree

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
• Readiness to travel for field visits as required.
