Consultant Project Coordinate

Role & responsibilities

1. Act as a focal point for implementation of the CRY Covid R&R District Programme plan as agreed.

2. Overall supervision of the field level activities conducted by other consultants in the district under this project through field visits and periodic team review.

3. Develop the capacities and skills of the other consultants in the district through regular inputs and guidance.

4. Tracking government schemes/ programmes and facilitating linkages for the benefit of the children and their families.

5. Engagement with government bodies including Panchayati Raj Institutions, SMC, VLCPC, PHC, ICDS and others to ensure functioning and to build their capacities.

6. Ensure documentation of programme learning and challenges, success stories etc.

7. Ensure maintaining of MIS of the programme as per the District plan and submission of Monthly and Quarterly Progress Report by 25th of every month.

8. Ensuring submission of work log / attendance record by other district consultants and own report along with programme progress reporting by 25th of every month.

9. Any other work assigned by CRY Programme Manager in the fulfilment of the required deliverables.
