E-Commerce Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on the e-commerce platform.
• Monitor website performance, ensuring seamless user experience, fast load times, and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and product launches.
• Analyze e-commerce metrics (conversion rates, cart abandonment, and average order value) and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote e-commerce products and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories, tailored to target audiences.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a vibrant online community.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, measure ROI, and refine strategies for growth.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader business goals.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, delivery partners, and digital agencies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in both e-commerce and social media marketing.
