Senior Engineering Manager - DevOps (10-13 yrs)

- The Build and Release team is responsible for automating the building and delivery of organization's web and desktop applications.

- We also manage CI/CD pipelines, the distribution of artifacts/packages and related services.

- 10+ years in software engineering out of which at least 6+ years in a management role, preferably within DevOps, Productivity, or Build and Release teams.

- Deep understanding of CI/CD, build automation and developer tooling.

- Familiarity with modern web practices and the associated technologies(JavaScript, TypeScript, React, etc.

- Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional projects with meaningful impact.

- Experience with influencing strategy, setting priorities and executing a roadmap.

- You communicate clearly and listen effectively.

- You seek new perspectives and build trust with your team and colleagues.

- You take ownership of problems, not solutions.

- You're comfortable with big-picture strategic thinking but not scared to dig into details.
