"EIIC functional excellence organization is aligned to CTO s strategy to drive One Eaton Engineering Functional Excellence . Charter of this organization is to simplify & create better work experiences for our Engineers by transforming existing engineering work processes. EIIC functional excellence organization will work with global Engineering Functional Excellence leaders in CTO s office, Electrical and Industrial Sector businesses.
These organizations will be responsible for developing and deploying One Eaton processes across all sectors and businesses across globe

This role will work primarily to manage PPM Global deployment and develop Project Management Standard work for Project Management Methodologies. The incumbent will have the ability to work independently with a Global cross-functional team to drive customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement to functionalize Global Project Management. "

"A. Responsibilities will be to maintain ongoing dialogs with project teams in order to ensure that all processes, operations and quality of deliverables are managed efficiently. Setting standards and processes for the projects.
B. Manage effective stakeholder and team communications. Improve organization responsiveness to customer requirements. Communication and manage customer expectations and commitments internal to the business. . Ensure effective change management process is utilized
C. Ensure standard program management processes are utilized and adequate support to the project team by preparing & and publishing PM metrics and reports
D. Maintain metrics for project performance, quality, technical performance
E. Work with the various internal and external customers of the data and dashboards to develop a detailed list of required information.
F. Report out results in the form of various dashboards reporting measurement against targets, historical data trends and data snapshots supporting the end customers data requirements.
I. Manage multiple projects and deliver results on time and with the requisite quality
J. Strive to get internally and externally recognized in this area by continuously learning and developing new algorithms in the data science space. "

Bachelor s in Computer or Electrical Engineering
7+ years of experience of which about 4 years in the area of Project Management

Project Management Institute (PMI) accreditation preferably PMP highly recommended.
Exposure of Software development lifecycles i. e. Waterfall, Agile and incremental etc. Certified Scrum master would be advantage
High proficiency in preparing and managing schedule using Microsoft Project software
Exposure of data visualization techniques and tools i. e. Qlikview, Power BI etc
Computer Skills - MS Office, MS Project, knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint""
Ability to work with global teams to drive & communicate results appropriately.
Good communication and presentation skills - both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently
Problem solving, creativity, Technical learning and Process Management.
Foundational leadership skills along with an awareness of the latest trends in the area of data analytics.
