Job Description
- Over all 8 10 years of Oracle ERP experience.
- This position requires exceptional collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, influence, with internal and external parties in addition to integrity, teamwork, excellence, and accountability.
- Preferred minimum 4+ years of overall Oracle Cloud ERP experience.
- Proven Track record in Oracle Manufacturing cloud and Oracle Quality cloud is a must.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Functional configuration and solutions
- Working Knowledge on Integration of Oracle cloud ERP with other systems (preferably Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- Experience in partner engagement with an onshore/offshore delivery model
- Ability to communicate effectively to the technical team as well as the business audience.
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications on Oracle SCM Cloud modules would be a plus.
- Expertise in SCM related industry, business processes and practices.
- Deep product understanding of all Oracle SCM Offerings.
- Should have good knowledge of SCM integration with other modules.
- Ability to come up with process improvement ideas and implement those.
- Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Skills/knowledge of below Oracle Cloud modules is a must
- Manufacturing (Work Definitions, Work Execution)
- Quality Management
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Inventory Management
- Procurement ( Outside processing)
- Good client handling skills (Verbal and Written)
- Experience writing SQL queries, analyzing reports.
- Collaborate with business owner, developers, and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with team members to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed:
- Functional Specification Document, Use Cases, Test Scenarios, Test results.
