Senior WAM Developer

Job Title : Senior Software Developer WAM

Experience:5 10 years

Location : Pan India.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of the following Oracle Utilities Application Technical Framework working with Groovy, Batch programs, Algorithms, Change Handlers, Business Services etc.
• Knows OUAF technical architecture, framework methods, Web Application Server, Business Application Server, and Database Server.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  - Responsible for team decisions.
  - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  - Ensure the smooth delivery of IT production systems and services.
  - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle.
  - Ensure client satisfaction and manage risk to services.
  - Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve issues.
  - Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT service management.
  - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Have done at least 1 full cycle implementation project in Oracl WAM
• Experience on complex 4 GL scripting (Service Scripts, BPA scripts, Plugin Scripts), Config tools, UI Maps, Zones.
• Integration with various systems by using XAI/ IWS (Inbound Web Service), File transfers, REST/XML.

Desired Skills:

• Good communication, presentation and customer engagement skills
• A good understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies
• Good familiarity with project management and architecture disciplines
