Sales Pipeline Management:

• Maintain and update the Salesforce pipeline tracker.
• Proactively notify Growth Leaders of upcoming SOW (Statement of Work) conclusions to ensure timely renewals or extensions.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports.
• Generate actionable insights using data analysis to assist sales strategy formulation.
• Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and goals.

Resource Onboarding and Management:

• Facilitate the onboarding of new resources to client accounts and internal Ruddr projects.
• Ensure timesheets are maintained accurately and are up to date for all resources.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between Finance, Ruddr Contracts, and onboarding teams to ensure alignment on client and project requirements.
• Assist in resolving operational bottlenecks and ensuring smooth execution of contracts and onboarding processes.

Operational Reporting and Compliance:

• Generate reports related to pipeline updates, resource onboarding status, and timesheet compliance.

Monitor adherence to internal policies and procedures for contracts and client engagements.
