Duties And Responsibilities. Manage the front-desk and reception areas, serving as the first point of contact for guests, employees, job candidates, and vendors. Responding to inquiries and providing assistance to visitors and clients. Managing office supplies and restocking as needed and maintain records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Handling inward & outward courier/parcels. Guest House Management. Assisting in the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and conferences. Coordinating travel ticketing and hotel reservations and itineraries for staff members.
Ensuring organised filing systems and proper record-keeping. Overseeing office cleanliness and liaising with maintenance staff (security, cleaning, landscaping). Assist in serving tea/coffee/soft drinks and office snacks. Coordinating/Assisting general office purchases as needed from local nearby market.
Good written and verbal communication in English & local language. Adaptability and flexibility. Proficiency in computer software like MS Office. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Relevant work experience in an office setting. Valid 2 wheeler driving license.
