Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with extensive experience in Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly in Service Cloud, and will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for process improvements.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Work closely with developers to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Salesforce tools.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
