Develop and maintain data collection and reporting systemsCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWork with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to support their decision-making needs

Prepare reports, charts, and presentations to present research findings to senior management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
