• Experience:
Prior experience in indirect taxation, with exposure to GST return filing, registration, and compliance.

Strong understanding of GST laws and regulations.
Proficient in GST-related software and tools.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing advisory support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. GST Compliance:
• Filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• GST registration, amendments, and cancellations.
• Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with GST regulations.
• Tracking GST Notices and assistance in preparation of reply to the notices.
2. Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Compliance:
• Managing SEZ compliance.
3. GST Refund Processing:
• Preparing and filing applications for GST refunds.
• Tracking and ensuring timely processing of refunds.
4. Understanding and Implementation of GST Law:
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in GST laws and their impact on the business.
• Assisting in the implementation of GST-related amendments.
5. Other Indirect Tax Matters:
• Supporting the team in indirect tax audits, assessments, and reconciliations.
Exposure:
• In-depth understanding of GST laws and their practical application.
• Hands-on experience in GST compliance, SEZ-related processes, refunds, and advisory.
