Job Description

Objective of the Role:

To take the Sales + Pre-sales role within the team for Dynamics CRM (including 3rd party applications) and Power Platforms. The right person will provide effective communication with the new clients to get them on-board through quality knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 products and services.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and create sales plans
  • Conduct discovery sessions with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and identify potential solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and prospects on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including its features, functionality, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product roadmap, competitive landscape, and industry trends
  • Create and maintain sales collateral, including sales sheets, case studies, and white papers.
  • Participate in sales calls, meetings, and presentations to provide technical expertise and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer and prospect organizations
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM releases, updates, and features
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Person Specification:

  • 7+ years of experience in a pre-sales or consulting role, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including its features, functionality, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Experience with sales methodologies, such as Solution Selling or Challenger Sales
  • Strong knowledge of the CRM market, competitive landscape, and industry trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other Microsoft products, such as Azure, Power Apps, or Power BI
  • Knowledge of industry-specific solutions, such as Financial Services, HealthCare, Manufacturing, or Retail
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or ADO.
