Key Responsibilities

• Plan and Deliver Lessons: Develop well-structured lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum to ensure clarity and comprehension among students.
• Enhance Conceptual Understanding: Use real-life examples, interactive activities, and age-appropriate teaching strategies to build a strong academic foundation.
• Student Assessment & Progress Tracking: Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Create an Engaging Classroom Environment: Encourage participation, curiosity, and confidence among students through innovative and inclusive teaching methods.
• Classroom Management & Discipline: Maintain a structured yet friendly classroom atmosphere, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with fellow educators, school administrators, and parents to ensure student success and overall development.
• Participation in School Activities: Actively engage in school functions, competitions, workshops, and extracurricular activities to enrich the student learning experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in the relevant subject + B.Ed. (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Skillset: Strong classroom management, lesson planning, and ability to engage young learners effectively.
