JD Draftman - Design (Male/Female), 2 Position

Position Overview:
Responsible for making of detailed drawings of various process plants using Solid Work/Auto-cad.
Experience in Liquid painting and Powder coating plants will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities

• Hands on experience in development of detailed 3D/2D drawings for automotive paint shop.(Sheet metal, structure fabrication, tanks, ducting, pipe line etc.)
• Knowledge of paint shop equipment's.
• Hands on experience on fabrication drawings of ovens, painting booths, air handling units.
• Hands on experience on fabrication drawing of spray and dip painting.
• Hands on experience on fabrication drawing of oven and booth panels and structure.
• Hands on experience on fabrication drawing of sheet metal components like heat ex-changer, ducting, storage tanks etc.
• 3D modelling of the storage tanks, pump skid piping and plant ducting.
• BOM extraction from 2D/3D model.
• Isometric drawing generation from 3D pipe routing.
• P&ID knowledge

Qualification:

ITI / Polytechnic/ Diploma (Mechanical) from government college only, Draftsman with 1 to 2 years of experience in process plants, food industries, chemical industries , PEB (Pre Engineered Buildings) , steel structure.
