Job Summary:

We are looking a candidate who'll be an asset to our Purchase Team, with an effective purchase experience in real estate market and good knowledge in project planning, Budgeting & Contracts & Billing.

Role & responsibilities:

1) Responsible for complete project purchases for the major product categories.

2) Knowledge in vendor development, negotiations for procuring of material, capital equipment/
assets/ services.

3) Purchase: Steel, RMC, Cement, Aggregates, Doors & Door Frames, Natural Stones, Cables,
Wires, Sand, Flooring Materials, Sanitary Ware, Hardware Etc.

4) Capital Equipment: Pumps, Lift

5) Services MEP: Plumbing, Lift

6) Billings: Monitoring the bills of Vendors they are on time, finalization & checking of the bills
submitted by vendor.

7) Other purchases : IT & Non IT Purchases, Administrative Purchases & Scrape Disposal

8) Vendor Development & Developed new vendors for all key materials, Substantial cost
reduction and timely completion of projects.

9) Negotiations for procurement of imported materials and ensuring long term tie ups with
vendors.

10) Tracking time of project & monitoring on monthly basis, highlights over runs & advise plan
for recovering lost time.

Minimum Requirement for the role is mentioned:

Industry Real Estate, Developer & Construction

Education Bachelors Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering.

Skills Leadership Skills, Problem Solving, Knowledge about Real Estate Market

Relevant Experience 4 to 8 Years
