Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with the organization's goals and culture.
This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and team leadership to ensure the delivery of a seamless and effective hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers
Handle end to end recruitment activities - from job posting, talent sourcing, pre-screening and offer management
Stake holder Management
Salary Negotiations
- Execute talent pipelining for hiring through social media, job boards, and Employee Referral Program in a high hiring volume scenario
- Ensure that the positions are filled within the agreed turn-around-time
Requirement:
- Ensure that the positions are filled within the agreed turn-around-time
- Experience in a Financial, Tech or Fin-Tech firm is a must
- 10-12 years of recruitment experience in fast paced India recruitment environment
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization
- Well-versed with latest automations & technologies used in recruiting
- Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills
