Senior Manager - HR Business Partner(Telugu Speaking Proficiency, B School)- 2+ Yrs - Bangalore


Bangalore (Travelling involved mostly in AP/TS region)

Seeking a Senior HRBP professional who Provides HR interventions across multiple sites and business verticals, partnering with the business to implement HR plans, strategies, and initiatives that drive employee experience, talent development, and operational excellence

Requirement:

- HR expertise in employee relations, coaching, and data analysis

- Ability to align business goals with people needs

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- A proactive and hands-on approach to work

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency speaking in telugu is must

- Experience with industrial relations, trade unions, and government agencies

- Qualification from B School with 2+ years of experience in related field or Postgraduate in Management with 6 + years of HR plant/field/corporate experience.

- HR Certifications - Labor Laws, Training & Development, OD, HR Analytics is desirable

- Experience working with e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, distribution fast paced organization and lead multiple territories and sites successfully.

- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g., SAP ERP) will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth through people processes and talent management.

- Develop and implement HR strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.

- Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights for improvement.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives and drive culture development.

- Coach and mentor leaders and managers on talent development and performance management.

- Partner with business leaders on talent development, performance improvement, and change management.

- Drive employee communication and feedback channels.

- Achieve HR metrics and implement regional/national HR projects.

- Collaborate with central teams on training, development, and employee relations.

- Handle employee issues, disciplinary actions, and external interference.

- Advise on reward and recognition strategies and track metrics.

- Deploy employee relations frameworks and track attrition/retention metrics.

- Conduct field visits, vendor audits, and drive process improvements.

- Lead hiring, productivity, and engagement initiatives for sales affiliates.
