Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement functional solutions for client business problems in HSE/PSM areas.

- Provide expertise in incident management, process hazard analysis, workplace safety, and risk management.

- Implement and manage EHS/PSM applications such as Sphera, Enablon, and SAP EHS.

- Lead diagnostics, project planning, and resource management.

- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure alignment across project lifecycles.

- Create thought leadership on digital HSE trends and technologies.

Requirements:

- Fundamental understanding of functionalities and Hands-on knowledge of atleast one HSE/ PSM applications like Sphera, Enablon, SAP EHS modules, DNV Synergi, consequence modelling tools, control of work, barrier management and performance monitoring KPIs in HSE/PSM areas

- Deep functional understanding of workplace safety, process safety and HSE management systems and processes (at least 10-12 years)

- Hands-on expertise in at least one HSE/PSM application.

- Proven leadership in large transformational projects with global clients.

- Proficiency in MS Office and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
