Responsibilities:

1. Defining and deploying category governance and strategies within your area of responsibility.

2. Leading sourcing teams in negotiating favourable contracts and terms with suppliers.

3. Collaborating with various departments to understand and address procurement needs.

4. Representing procurement in strategic projects and managing their deployment.

5. Monitoring supplier performance and fostering innovative solutions.

Requirements:

1. University degree (preferably in Engineering).

2. 3-5 years of experience in procurement, particularly in Indirects and Category Management.

3. Solid project management skills in a matrix organization.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
