International Telecom Sales & SMS Executive

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and onboard new international clients and partners in the telecom and A2P SMS industry.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom carriers, aggregators, and enterprise clients.

Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies.

Technical Knowledge: Understand SMS routing, telecom terminologies, and messaging solutions to effectively communicate with clients.

Account Management: Ensure high customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and work closely with technical teams to optimize service delivery.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track growth and effectiveness.
