Requirements

1-2 years of experience in book-keeping, preparation of financial statements, and MIS.
Exposure to cloud-based accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and international accounting practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work with clients from different countries and time zones.

About the Role

The Associate - International Outsourcing will support the Accounts Outsourcing Department , managing international clients book-keeping , financial statement preparation , and management information systems (MIS) . The role requires proficiency in cloud-based accounting software and working with global clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Perform book-keeping for international clients using cloud-based accounting software .
Prepare financial statements and MIS reports for client reviews.
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards .
Collaborate with clients across different time zones to ensure timely reporting.
Support the Accounts Outsourcing team with any additional accounting needs.
