Executive Assistant / Business Analyst / Strategy

Job Purpose:
The role involves providing strategic support to ensure efficient operation of the Director office. This includes managing the strategic initiatives and calendar of the Director office and ensuring that the workflow is smooth.

1. Project Management & Strategy
2. Successful implementation of KPI across Leadership
3. Post meetings review & follow up (Actionable)
4. Coordinate with Strategy Cell team members to understand various ongoing initiatives to make a follow up plan
5. Strategic MIS and dashboards associated with the MD office
6. Weekly planning refresh with the Director
7. Competition & Industry analysis
